Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. These Terms govern your use of Nexolly (the "Platform") operated by Nexolly ("Nexolly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Nexolly is

Nexolly is a digital solutions hub. Customers can request digital projects and contact experts; solution providers can submit professional profiles and CVs; Nexolly's team reviews requests, coordinates communication, prepares quotations and tracks delivery. Nexolly does not guarantee employment, business success, income, or any specific project outcome.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You may register with email or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@nexolly.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or put others at risk.

3. Customer project requests

Submitting a project request or expert-contact request is not a contract for services. Our team reviews it and may ask for more information. A project proceeds only after you accept a written quotation and payment is confirmed. Budget figures you enter, or choosing "I Can't Say Yet" or "You Tell Me", do not fix a price. Quotations state the scope, amount, currency, timeframe and payment terms; work outside the stated scope is quoted separately.

4. Admin-mediated communication

Conversations about expert requests and projects are coordinated by the Nexolly team. Messages are sent by Nexolly staff on the Platform; an expert is not presumed to have written a message unless it is clearly attributed. We store conversations and attachments so that both parties and authorised administrators can review them.

5. Solution providers, profiles and CVs

Providers must supply truthful information and may be asked to verify skills. Your CV information is reviewed manually by our team, who may approve it, request corrections or decline it. A processed CV is delivered privately to your dashboard with a watermarked preview. Downloading the final CV file requires a one-time payment for that CV (currently $2.00, charged as ₦2,662 through Paystack). Access is granted only after the payment is verified with Paystack. A new processed CV file is a new version and may require a new payment.

6. Public expert profiles

A provider appears publicly only if all of the following are true: the profile is complete, the CV has been reviewed and uploaded by Nexolly, the CV download has been paid for and completed, you have given explicit consent to publish, and Nexolly has approved and not suspended the profile. We never publish your private contact details or CV file. You can withdraw consent at any time from your dashboard and we will unpublish the profile. Appearing publicly does not guarantee work.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Amounts and currencies are shown before you pay. A payment is treated as received only after server-side verification with Paystack of the reference, amount, currency and order. Payment status is separate from project status: paying a quotation does not mean the project is complete.

8. Refunds, cancellations and disputes

CV downloads are digital products delivered immediately after verified payment; if you were charged but could not download, or were charged twice, contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and correct it. For quotations, refund and cancellation terms are those stated in the quotation's payment terms; if none are stated, contact us before work starts and we will review the request in good faith. To raise a dispute, write to support@nexolly.com with your reference and details; we aim to respond within a reasonable time. Where a refund is approved it is returned through the original payment method where possible. This section does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Content, uploads and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give Nexolly a limited licence to store, process and share it with the people needed to review and deliver your request. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive or malicious files, or content you have no right to share. We may remove such content and suspend the account. Intellectual property in delivered project work is as stated in the relevant quotation; Nexolly's own brand, software and site content remain ours.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the Platform, bypass payment or download protections, scrape private areas, or use the Platform to harass, defraud or mislead. CV previews are watermarked and restricted for your own review; redistributing them is not allowed.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Nexolly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on third parties, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid item is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the Platform and, where required, you will be asked to accept the updated version. You can delete your account in Settings; we may retain records we are legally required or entitled to keep.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nexolly's principal place of business, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions: support@nexolly.com.
