1. Introduction

Welcome to Nexolly. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Nexolly is a technology research participation platform where users complete individual research tasks.

2. Platform Purpose

Nexolly is a research platform focused on 5 major cryptocurrencies: SOL, LINK, SUI, XRP, and PI. Users complete research tasks, earn Research Points, and gain insights into digital assets.

Important: Nexolly is not an investment, trading, staking, gambling, or mining platform. It is a research participation platform.

3. Research Levels and Task Eligibility

Nexolly has six account levels: Free, Researcher, Analyst, Specialist, Expert, and Elite. Your current level determines which research tasks you are eligible to complete — it does not set or shorten how long a reward takes to become withdrawable (see Section 5).

  • Users complete individual research tasks, each showing its Research Point reward before you start it
  • Earn Research Points based on tasks completed
  • Upgrade to a paid level to unlock access to that level's research tasks

4. Research Levels

Users can upgrade their research level to unlock access to higher-value research tasks:

  • Free: Basic research task access
  • Researcher / Analyst / Specialist: Enhanced research task access
  • Expert / Elite: Premium research task access

Task rewards vary by the specific task and account level. Nexolly does not guarantee any specific rate or amount of return, and past earnings are not a promise of future earnings.

5. Research Points and Reward Maturity

Research Points are earned by completing eligible research tasks, and through the referral program described in Section 8. Each point converts to USD at the platform's Research Point value in effect at the moment it is earned. Each individual reward then matures independently, becoming withdrawable 21 days after it was earned (subject to change by the platform; a change only affects rewards earned after the change). Research Points and the USD they convert to can be used to:

  • Contribute toward unlocking higher research levels
  • Access higher-value research tasks at those levels
  • Withdraw, once matured and above the platform's minimum withdrawal amount

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Participate in research activities in good faith
  • Not engage in fraudulent or malicious activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Nexolly implements industry-standard security measures, but you must:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Never share your login credentials
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately

8. Payments & Upgrades

Upgrades are processed through supported cryptocurrencies:

  • USDT (TRC20 & ERC20)
  • SOL (Solana)
  • LINK (ERC20)
  • XRP (XRP Ledger)
  • SUI (Sui Network)
  • PI (Pi Network)

All payments are subject to manual verification by administrators.

9. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: $5.00 USD of matured, withdrawable balance (subject to change; current value shown on the Withdraw page)
  • A withdrawal fee, shown as a percentage before you submit, may apply
  • Processing time: 24-48 hours after approval
  • All withdrawals are subject to admin approval

10. Referral Program

Nexolly's referral program pays a fixed number of Research Points — not a percentage of any deposit, payment, or upgrade amount:

  • A new user who registers via a valid referral link receives a one-time welcome bonus of 5 Research Points
  • The referrer receives a one-time bonus of 10 Research Points when their referred user completes their first qualifying paid level upgrade

Both bonuses follow the same Research Point value conversion and 21-day reward maturity rule described in Section 5.

11. Termination

Nexolly reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

12. Changes to Terms

Nexolly may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
