How do I earn money on Nexolly?

You earn real money by completing simple tasks posted by advertisers. Tasks include watching YouTube videos, liking/following social media accounts, writing reviews, subscribing to channels, and more. Each task has a specified reward amount that is credited instantly upon verification.

How much can I earn?

Earnings vary based on task availability and how much time you invest. Active users typically earn between $50-$500 per month. Dedicated power users earn over $1000 monthly by completing high-value tasks and referring friends.

How long do tasks take to complete?

Most tasks take between 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Video tasks may require watching 30-120 second videos. Engagement tasks like likes/follows take seconds. Review tasks take 2-5 minutes to write quality content.

Are there daily earning limits?

Basic users have reasonable daily limits to ensure fair distribution. As you build trust and complete more tasks, your limits increase automatically. Referral earnings have no limits!

Can I earn from referrals?

How do I know if a task is legitimate?

All tasks are reviewed by our admin team before being published. We verify that tasks are legitimate, pay fair rewards, and comply with our quality standards. We never allow scam or misleading tasks.

What happens if I complete a task incorrectly?

For auto-verified tasks (video watching), you get immediate feedback. For proof-based tasks, our admin team reviews your submission. If rejected, you'll receive a reason and can try again if slots remain. Our progressive locking system gives you multiple chances!

Can I do the same task twice?

No, each task can only be completed once per user. This ensures fair distribution of earnings among all users. But new tasks are added daily, so there's always something new to complete!

What if a task has no more slots?

Tasks have limited slots. Once all slots are filled, the task becomes unavailable. Check back regularly for new tasks - we add hundreds daily!

How are tasks verified?

Video tasks are verified automatically via quiz questions. Engagement and review tasks require screenshot proof that our admin team reviews within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your earnings are credited instantly.

Withdrawals & Payments

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USD. You can withdraw any amount above this threshold. We recommend saving up for larger withdrawals to minimize fees.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after your request. Bank transfers may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are usually within 1 hour after approval.

What payment methods are available?

We support bank transfers (Nigeria - all major banks), cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum), and mobile money (Opay, PalmPay, Moniepoint). More options coming soon including PayPal and direct card withdrawals!

Is there a fee for withdrawals?

We charge a small processing fee of 2% on withdrawals to cover transaction costs. The fee is clearly shown before you confirm your withdrawal. Bank transfers in Nigeria have no additional fees.

What if my withdrawal fails?

If your withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank details, the funds will be returned to your wallet within 24 hours. You can then update your details and request again. Contact support if issues persist.

Do I need to verify my identity?

For withdrawals above $500, we may request identity verification to comply with anti-fraud regulations and protect your account. This is a one-time process and helps keep everyone's earnings safe.

Is my personal information safe?

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each user is allowed only ONE account per device. Our device fingerprinting technology detects multiple accounts from the same device. Multiple accounts will be detected and all associated accounts will be permanently banned with forfeiture of earnings.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive a password reset link via email to create a new password. For security, reset links expire after 1 hour.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team at support@nexolly.com to request account deletion. Please note that any pending earnings will be forfeited. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is device fingerprinting?

Device fingerprinting helps us detect and prevent fraud by identifying unique devices. This protects both users and advertisers from fake completions and multiple accounts. It also helps us ban fraudsters while keeping legitimate users safe.

What happens if I get banned?

Bans occur for violations like multiple accounts, fake proofs, or fraudulent activity. Banned accounts lose all earnings and cannot create new accounts. We take fraud seriously to protect honest earners.

For Advertisers

How do I create a task/campaign?

Go to your dashboard and click "Create Campaign". Fill in your task details (title, description, target URL), set your budget, and submit for admin review. Once approved, your task goes live to thousands of active users!

How much does it cost to advertise?

You pay the task rewards plus a 30% platform fee. For example, a $100 budget gives $70 to users and $30 covers platform fees. You only pay for actual completed tasks - unused budget stays in your wallet.

How long does admin review take?

We review all tasks within 24 hours, usually much faster (2-4 hours during business days). You'll receive email notification once your task is approved or rejected (with reason for rejection).

Can I edit my task after submission?

You can pause or stop active tasks, but you cannot edit task details once approved. For changes like typos, contact support. For budget increases, you can add funds anytime.

What happens if my task gets rejected?

If your task violates our guidelines, it will be rejected with a detailed reason. Your payment will be fully refunded to your wallet. Common rejections include inappropriate content, broken links, or unfair requirements.

Can I see proof of completions?

Yes! You can view all user submissions, proof screenshots, and completion data in your "My Created Tasks" dashboard. You'll see exactly who completed your tasks and when.

What type of tasks get the best results?

Video watching tasks perform best, followed by engagement tasks (likes/follows). Review tasks get high-quality engagement. Higher rewards attract more completions faster. Clear instructions also improve completion rates.

Technical Issues

The website is not loading properly

Try clearing your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete), refreshing the page, or using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot.

My task completion is not being credited

Make sure you completed the task fully according to instructions. For video tasks, watch the entire video and answer the quiz correctly. For proof tasks, wait for admin approval (24-48 hours). If still not credited, contact support.

I didn't receive my verification email

Check your spam/junk folder first. Add support@nexolly.com to your contacts. If still not found, use the "Resend Verification" option on the login page. Still having issues? Contact support for manual verification.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! We have an Android APK available for download on our website. Watch the installation tutorial in the "How It Works" section. iOS app is coming soon! The website is also fully mobile-responsive.

Why am I getting a "Device already registered" error?

Our security system only allows one account per device. If you see this error, you already have an account on this device. Use that account to login, or contact support if you believe this is an error.

The timer on video tasks is not working

Make sure you click "Open Video" first to start the timer. The timer only runs when the video page is open. Don't close the tab until the timer completes. Use Chrome or Firefox for best results.
