1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexolly ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using Nexolly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Nexolly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in a country subject to US or international sanctions
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Platform
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be using the Platform for any illegal activities

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You may register using email and password OR Google Sign-In
• Each person may have only one account - multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

• Do not share your password with anyone
• Do not allow others to access your account
• Use a strong, unique password for your Nexolly account
• Enable two-factor authentication if available
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices

4. Types of Accounts

4.1 User Account (Earner)

• Browse and complete available tasks to earn money
• Withdraw earnings to your bank account or crypto wallet
• Refer friends to earn referral commissions (5% to 20% based on tier)

4.2 Advertiser Account (Task Creator)

• Create and submit tasks for users to complete
• Pay for tasks using wallet balance or manual transfer
• Track task completion progress and statistics
• Receive proof submissions from users (for proof-based tasks)

5. Earning Money

5.1 Task Completion

• Tasks must be completed honestly and accurately
• You must follow the specific instructions provided for each task
• Fake completions, bot usage, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination
• Each task can be completed only once per user
• Rewards are credited to your wallet after successful completion and/or admin approval

5.2 Task Types and Rewards

• Video Tasks: Watch video for required duration → Instant reward
• Engagement Tasks: Perform action → Upload proof → Admin reviews → Reward
• Review Tasks: Write review → Upload proof → Admin reviews → Reward

5.3 Prohibited Actions (Do NOT Do)

6. Withdrawals and Payments

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $5 USD
• You must have verified bank details saved in your profile

6.2 Processing Time

• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours of request
• Bank transfers take an additional 1-3 business days depending on your bank
• You will receive email notification when your withdrawal is processed

6.3 Failed Withdrawals

• If your bank details are incorrect, your withdrawal will be rejected
• Funds will be returned to your wallet within 24 hours

7. Referral Program

• Each user receives a unique referral link
• You earn $0.5 USD base bonus for each friend who signs up
• Tiered Commissions: Earn 5% (Starter) up to 20% (Platinum) on your referrals' earnings
• Tiers are based on active referrals: Bronze (5+) → Silver (15+) → Gold (30+) → Platinum (50+)
• Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in account termination

8. Task Submission (Advertisers)

8.1 Creating Tasks

• You must pay the total amount (rewards + platform fee) upfront
• Platform fee is 30% of the total budget
• Your task will be reviewed by our admin team before going live (typically within 24 hours)
• We reserve the right to reject tasks with inappropriate content, illegal activities, or spam

8.2 Refund Policy for Advertisers

• No refunds for approved tasks that have received any completions
• Unused funds in paused/cancelled tasks may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee
• Tasks rejected by admin are fully refunded

9. Proof Submission and Review

• Submit clear, valid proof (screenshot) showing task completion
• Proof must be original - do not use images from the internet
• Admin reviews proofs within 24-48 hours
• Approved = reward credited | Rejected = no reward (reason provided)
• Fake or edited proofs will result in account termination

10. Account Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or cheating
• Creating multiple accounts
• Abusing our referral system
• Harassing other users or staff
• Any illegal activity
• Submitting false proofs

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That tasks will always be available
• That you will earn any specific amount
• That third-party platforms will not change their policies affecting our tasks

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you earned on our Platform in the 6 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Banner notification on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
